Good hunting at MOHR life resort

Grubigstein hunting ground in Lermoos

Discover the MOHR life resort hunting ground on Mt Grubigstein. It extends over an area of around 800 hectares and is located at an elevation of 1,004 to 2,233 metres above sea level. The landscape is entirely covered in spruce forest with the odd pine, beech, and sycamore dotted through it. There are also large areas of larch and a few stone pines at higher elevations. The three types of hoofed game found in the Grubigstein hunting ground are red deer, chamois, and roe deer.

Useful information for your hunt

The hunting ground has good access roads and is easy to navigate on foot. From Mt Grubigstein, you get a stunning view over the valley basin and the mountain panorama, including Mt Zugspitze.

If you’re planning a hunting trip during your holiday at MOHR life resort, please take note of the following:

  • Hunting is only possible when accompanied by the hunting ground supervisor and with a valid hunting permit.
  • We will provide you with rates and more information about an extraordinary hunting experience on request.
  • A hunting trip can be booked as an optional extra on any stay.
