At MOHR, we embrace what makes our location so special: the fresh mountain air of the Tyrolean Alps. At just under 1,000 meters above sea level, we enjoy a naturally pleasant climate with refreshing nights and a soothing coolness—even during the summer months. For this reason, our rooms are intentionally not equipped with air conditioning.

Instead of artificial cooling, we rely on the power of nature. The crisp Alpine air, the cool morning and evening hours, and the peaceful setting create a pleasant indoor climate while also contributing to the sustainable use of our resources.

On particularly warm summer days—which are rare in our region—we’ll of course be happy to provide you with a fan upon request. Our team is always here for you.

Please note that your booking is only considered binding after receipt of a booking confirmation and payment of the deposit. Please transfer 25% of the total value of your package within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. Once we have received your deposit, we will confirm your booking has been secured.

For online bookings, the requested deposit will be fully charged to the credit card provided.

You can enjoy the MOHR breakfast buffet from 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Your room will be available for you from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. If you will be arriving after 8 p.m., please call us to let us know your arrival time. Travelling via Garmisch or Reutte is toll-free, meaning you won’t need the Austrian motorway vignette! If you’ll be arriving by train, we’ll be happy to pick you up from Lermoos train station free of charge.

On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. You’re welcome to use the wellness area on your departure day, too. To ensure the usual quality, towel service, sufficient lounger spaces, peace, and relaxation, we charge a fee of €29.00 per person for this.

MOHR life resort is an oasis of peace and relaxation that primarily meets the holiday needs of adults.

The MOHR life resort cinema room is available for private use. Please use your own personal streaming account to watch content. Films rated 16+ (FSK 16) must not be played. After your session, please remember to log out fully.

Would your furry friend like to join you at MOHR life resort? Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome to accompany you on your holiday (rate: €30.00 per night, without food). We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for any final cleaning required at the time of departure. Thank you for understanding that your four-legged friends are NOT allowed in certain room categories or in the restaurant, garden areas, and wellness area. However, if they are well behaved, they are welcome in the bar and in the lobby area. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout the hotel.

Only one dog is allowed per room.

A charging point for electric cars and Teslas is available in the underground car park. Please move your car once charging is complete so that other guests can also benefit from the service.

We ask that you wear smart evening attire for dinner. Swimwear, bathrobes, and athletic wear are not appropriate in the restaurant in the evening.

Christmas week and New Year week: 7 nights
At weekends: Friday to Sunday – 2 nights
Public holidays with “bridge day” and the adjacent weekend: 3 nights (e.g. Thursday to Sunday)

When planning your holiday, please bear in mind that no special rates can be booked over Christmas/New Year and Carnival.

Parking spaces outside, on the parking deck, and in the underground car park are free of charge. Please note that you will need your room card to use the parking deck and the underground car park.

Rates are per person per night. They include the MOHR life resort gourmet board, but exclude the tourist tax (€3.00 per person from the age of 15 per day, subject to change by the municipality).

The rooms and suites at MOHR life resort are available for solo travellers. Send us your enquiry and we’ll be happy to advise you.

Your spa bag will be ready and waiting for you in your room. We’ve packed it with cosy bathrobes, fluffy towels, and bath slippers.

The guest card is your key to the Zugspitz region. You’ll receive your card upon request during check-in and will enjoy the following services for free or at a reduced rate:

• Use of buses within the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena
• Reduced admission to the Ehrwald climbing and tennis hall
• Reduced admission to the Ehrwald artificial ice rink
• Reduced admission to the Ehrenberg castle ensemble
• Participation in guided hikes
• Guided tours of various museums and on themed trails
