- Responsibility for your own kitchen area
- Food preparation at the highest level
- Creative contribution to our seasonal menus
- Organisation and control of the daily mise en place
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines and hygiene standards
- Guidance and support for the young chefs
- Assistance with orders and incoming goods
What we’re looking for
- Completed chef qualification or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy and hospitality
- Creativity and a keen sense for high-quality ingredients
- Resilience and strong organisational skills
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Cleanliness and quality awareness
- Passion for cooking and interest in Alpine cuisine
