As a Chef de partie at MOHR life resort, you’ll be part of a creative kitchen team that blends Alpine tradition with modern culinary artistry. Here is where your passion for high-quality ingredients and your culinary skills come to life – in a setting that values excellence and innovation.

  • Responsibility for your own kitchen area
  • Food preparation at the highest level
  • Creative contribution to our seasonal menus
  • Organisation and control of the daily mise en place
  • Compliance with HACCP guidelines and hygiene standards
  • Guidance and support for the young chefs
  • Assistance with orders and incoming goods

What we’re looking for

  • Completed chef qualification or equivalent training
  • Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy and hospitality
  • Creativity and a keen sense for high-quality ingredients
  • Resilience and strong organisational skills
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Cleanliness and quality awareness
  • Passion for cooking and interest in Alpine cuisine
