As part of the reservations team at MOHR life resort, you ensure that every guest stay is perfectly planned. With your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you lay the foundation for unforgettable holiday moments.
- Handling reservation requests and bookings
- Communicating with guests via e-mail and phone
- Entering and maintaining guest data
- Advice on room categories and arrangements
- Processing enquiries and handling telephone communication
- Planning and optimising room occupancy
- Advice on room categories and arrangements
- Preparing offers and booking confirmations
What we’re looking for
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
- Communication skills and enjoyment of guest contact
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- High quality awareness
